Who is responsible?

RepRiff Studio is the service name shown on this website. For privacy questions or requests, email repriff-studio@polsia.app. The legal supplier identity and postal contact address will be provided with written order details before payment is accepted.

What information might we receive?

The trainer questionnaire asks for your trainer offer, target customers, preferred tone of voice and business stage, alongside your name, email address and business name. We use those four details only to inform RepRiff recommendations. You may also provide platform preferences, a content brief or optional notes. Please do not send sensitive personal data or health information about yourself or your clients.

The trainer questionnaire is sent to the app and stored as an unpaid order request in the private owner order workspace. A request is not a paid order and does not start work. Contact form submissions are also sent to the app for the studio to review. If you email us directly, your email provider will process that message.

How we use it

The trainer offer, target customers, preferred tone of voice and business stage are used only to inform RepRiff recommendations. Other information is used to respond to requests, confirm scope and payment, prepare and deliver requested content, handle revisions and cancellations, and maintain records for business administration. We rely on your requested pre-contract steps and our service agreement to handle enquiries and orders, and on legal obligations where records must be kept.

AI-assisted production and service providers

Some brief details may be used with AI-assisted tools to help draft or organise content, followed by human review. We will avoid entering sensitive personal or health information and will limit details to what is needed for the work. The tools and processors for this service have not been selected in this website build; we will identify the relevant providers and explain their use before accepting an order.

Website hosting and email services may process technical or message data to operate their services. A payment provider may process your payment details when a payment method is agreed. We do not ask you to send card details by email.

How long we keep information

Our policy is to retain customer information for seven years after the relationship ends. This is the owner’s stated retention policy, not a claim that a law requires seven years. We then delete or securely dispose of the information.

Your choices and rights

You can access delivered packs through your verified account and request access to your other information at any time by emailing us. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask for correction, deletion or restriction, or object to some uses. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Website and cookies

The hosting platform may process technical logs needed to deliver and secure the website. Platform-level service analytics may be enabled by the deployment environment. RepRiff Studio has not added advertising pixels to this site. Your browser or email provider may use its own cookies and privacy settings.
