1. Who we are

RepRiff Studio is a content service for independent personal trainers. You can contact us at repriff-studio@polsia.app. The legal supplier name and postal business address will be included in the written order details before payment is accepted.

2. What the service includes

The Founding Trainer Pack is $50 USD once and includes one personalised pack with 12 captions, 4 short-form video scripts, 4 carousel outlines, 30-day content calendar and 2 revision rounds. Content Club is $40 USD per month and includes a fresh personalised pack with the same contents and 5 revision rounds per monthly pack. These are fixed USD charges; the checkout does not set them by live GBP conversion. One revision round is one consolidated set of edits within the original brief. Additional revision rounds are not currently available to purchase; no additional-round price has been approved. New deliverables or a substantially changed brief are separate work.

Unless agreed in writing, the service does not include social account management, publishing, advertising, filming, website development or unlimited revisions.

3. Requests, scope and payment

Submitting the trainer questionnaire creates an unpaid order request. To pay, sign in with the same verified email address and continue to the hosted checkout. The Founding Trainer Pack is charged once at $50 USD; Content Club renews at$40 USD per month. An order appears as paid only after the payment is verified against its offer, buyer, checkout session and fixed USD amount. Work starts after payment is confirmed and the owner has reviewed the order.

The monthly recurring charge and renewal schedule are shown before payment. There are no annual commitments.

4. Revisions and approval

One revision round is one consolidated set of edits within the original brief. Additional revision rounds are not currently available to purchase; no additional-round price has been approved. New deliverables or a substantially changed brief are separate work.

Content is supplied for you to review and adapt. You decide whether and when to publish it, and remain responsible for final approval and any claims made through your business.

5. Accuracy and professional review

AI-assisted tools may help with first drafts and organisation; a person reviews content for clarity, originality, tone and relevance. We do not invent exercise, nutrition, medical, rehabilitation or health claims. If information needs a qualified professional’s judgement or verification, we will flag it for your review. RepRiff Studio does not provide medical, nutrition or clinical advice.

We do not guarantee follower growth, enquiries, sales or any other business result. Social platforms and audience responses are outside our control.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Content Club in the membership portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues through the end of the month already billed. There is no annual commitment. Any consumer cancellation rights that apply remain in place; we will explain applicable rights and request any legally required consent before beginning work or supplying digital content during a cancellation period.

The current paid period is non-refundable except where required by law. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

7. Your brief and materials

Please provide accurate details about your trainer offer, target customers, preferred tone of voice and business stage, and tell us about topics or wording to avoid. Do not include sensitive personal data or health information about you or your clients. You are responsible for having permission to share any materials you send us.

You may edit and use the final content for your own personal-training business once the agreed payment is complete. We retain ownership of our working methods and any materials we create that are not part of the delivered pack.

8. Changes and contact

If a request falls outside the agreed package, we will explain the change and agree any additional price before doing the extra work. For questions, cancellations or complaints, contact repriff-studio@polsia.app.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. If you have concerns about a specific order, please contact us so we can review them.
